I think that if we are not at the bottom of the housing market in Middlesex County, then we are damn close to reaching it. The jaded buyers and beat down sellers are becoming more and more decisive. Inventory is thining, whether that because of foreclosures, bank reo's, people taking their homes off the market or whatever may be the case.

Rates are beyong ridiculous lows. Spring Market is upon us!

Caveat:

As the credit freeze thaws and spring is in the air and prices pick up a bit, my honest concern is that unemployment hasn't peaked yet. Anyway you look at it, we have never had a market like this. Find your niche! I'm trying to find mine and I think I'm gainging some traction.

Haven't blogged in a while. Lots of listings, I became a broker which took forever.
